Welcome to Logie Green Road Apartment, an inviting 2-bedroom home nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the Canonmills area of Edinburgh. This bright and modern apartment has an excellent location within about 20 minutes walking distance to the City Centre, and offers a free private parking space - a real rarity in the city! Along the way, in the direction of the Playhouse theatre and shopping district of St James quarter, are charming shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Following a different route leads to the National Gallery of Scotland on Princes Street.

The comfortable living room is well furnished, carpeted for extra comfort and boasts a large leather sofa perfect for relaxing. There is a flat-screen smart TV.

The modern kitchen has been well-equipped with everything you need for your self-catered stay in Edinburgh. Appliances include a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and washer/dryer.

Both bedrooms are carpeted for warmth and comfort. The master bedroom offers a spacious king-size bed and plentiful storage within the double mirrored wardrobes. The second bedroom features two single beds, a generously sized dressing table and excellent wardrobe space.

A stylish, tiled family bathroom, with a full-sized bath, and an over-the-bath electric shower completes this wonderful home-from-home.

Further benefits of the property include complimentary WiFi and electric heating. There is free parking in the building’s private outdoor car park. For grocery shopping, there is a Lidl store about 300 metres away and a large Tesco store just across from it.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups.
