201 Annandale Street

This lovely modern ground floor apartment, sleeping up to 6 guests, offers private parking in a secure underground car park with lift access to the property. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both with plenty of cupboard space. The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room with shower toilet and wash hand basin and there is another separate bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and toilet. A well equipped kitchen offers electric oven and gas hob, frige freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is plenty of cookware, glass cutlery and china provided for visitors wishing to cook at home. The large comfortable sitting room is furnished with comfortable seating for 6 including a sofa bed for the use of larger parties. A TV with DVD player and a CD player have been provided for guest entertainment as well as free WiFi. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, but the there is a step up to the shower, so please call for more information before booking if you have special requirements

We meet all guests at the apartment until 6pm, after this, they can collect keys to the property from a nearby key safe. We are available by telephone 7 days a week to help with any problems that our visitors may encounter.

Annandale Street is situated just off of Leith walk close to the fashionable ‘Broughton Village’ area. The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the East end of Princes Street and is close to The Edinburgh Play house, the multi screen Omni centre and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Broughton Street is Within 5 minutes walk of the property and the area offers a wealth of interesting cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a choice of lovely independent shops and galleries selling gifts, cards, clothes and artwork. There is an award winning butcher (the perfect place to buy haggis!) a traditional family run fishmonger called ‘Something Fishy’ and a selection of great delicatessens and health food shops.

The apartment is only a short walk from York place where you can pick up a tram to and from the airport and there are also good and frequent bus services from the Leith walk. Waverly Station is 12 minutes walk away

Arrival time is from 3pm but we can often allow you to drop off luggage earlier than this on request. Departure is by 11am but a later check out can sometimes be arranged so please ask if you have special requirements.

Please note that during August and at Hogmanay there is a minimum 3 night minimum stay. If you are staying longer than 3 nights discounts are available please ask!

No pets and no Smoking please. Please note that you are in a residential area and we ask you to respect the the local inhabitants and keep noise late at night and early in the morning to a minimum.

    This apartment was brilliant for our party of three women each requiring their own bed, as it is sometimes difficult and more expensive to find suitable hotel accommodation. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen was superbly equipped, and the lounge area spacious and comfortable for relaxing in. Very clean throughout and highly recommended.

    We stayed here with friends for the festival and found the flat very homely. It is in a very convenient spot for the city and equally comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending this flat.

    Spacious and conveniently located accommodation. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Staff was very accommodating when we needed some extra linens. No negatives to report, but one cautionary note. The bed in the master bedroom is very firm. If you prefer it this way, great!, but if not, take the bedroom with the two twins. We had a delightful stay, and would not hesitate to recommend the flat to our friends, or to stay there again.

    We had a very nice stay in Edinburgh. The apartment on Annandale Street was quite adequate for the five of us..Clean and comfortable. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the main centre, taxi fare being about £6.00 if preferred.

    My friends and I rented 2 of these apartments and they were fantastic, amazing value for money, with the city centre a 10 minute walk away. They are really spacious, modern and have more facilities than we expected. We will definately be returning.
