The accommodation is located in an Award winning building designed by the renowned Scottish architect Richard Murphy and provides fascinating vistas up Old Fishmarket Close to the Royal Mile.
The well planned accommodation comprises a very attractive living/dining/kitchen area designed in a circular layout which is both convenient and provides a great feeling of space. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave and a good selection of cutlery and crockery providing everything you could need on holiday or on a business trip. The sitting area, with its intriguing views, is furnished with comfortable armchairs. There is a TV as well as a selection of books and games. Adjoining the kitchen there is a separate dining area with dining table and chairs. Internet access is provided.
Tucked to the rear of the apartment are two comfortable double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes providing useful cupboard space. The bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath with a shower over plus toilet and wash had basin.
