Location is perfect. Leave the car at home and make the most of the centre of this wonderful city exploring on foot at the heart of the Royal Mile.

Location is best bit of this apartment. Right off the Royal Mile. However, on very steep cobbled lane which in bad icy weather is not easy to negotiate. Outside the flat itself in door areas is also in need of some care. Full of discarded cigarette butts and pidgeon excrement. The apartment itself is nice and functional, however, the shower is very poor water flow with varying unreliable temperature too. Do not book this apartment if a good nights sleep is a priority. It is very, very noisy at night with people passing from nearby bar areas etc. and goes on very late. To sum up the Apartment inside is clean and functional/central, but would not personally return to it again due to issues above.

Really cool apartment… A few seconds off the Royal Mile . Clean , light and well appointed flat. Not any good though for anybody with mobility difficulty as passageway to the apartment is quite steep . Also need to arrive by train really … Certainly nowhere to unload car easily or park .

Location, location, location. Nicely equipped apartment although the wifi was very slow and intermittent during our stay. Be sure to inquire if it has been fixed/upgraded. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accommodation in a brilliant central location so close to the Royal Mile, perfect for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe box office and venues.

Excellent location and good accommodation. Very difficult to load/unload vehicle as it is in a very steep, narrow cul-de-sac. Would be really good for visitors without a car. 20 yds. from Royal Mile and the tourist area.

Great proximity to the Royal Mile and the castle. Very clean, and updated with all the kitchen stuff you could want. The linens were of poor quality and short supply for a week. The management was only able to offer additional towels for additional money. Very noisy during the festival but perhaps that is to be expected. Overall a good value and wonderful location.

The apartment and location can’t be beat for the price. It is centrally located on the Royal Mile and it is large and fully appointed. You can feel like you are at home here. That being said, it is VERY noisy at night. If you enjoy a peaceful slumber, this is not the place for you.

Neat, well appointed flat in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very accomodating and happily allowed us to check in early and depart late as they did not have other guests checking in immediately.

Beautiful well appointed flat. Centrally located, although it is down (and back up) a fairly steep cobblestone close, so a little difficult for me since I have some difficulty walking. Very modern. A bit noisy from people outside and even the neighbors but that didn’t bother us too much. We hope to be able to stay here again.
