Granton is located by the sea in the North East of Edinburgh and makes a great base for those wishing to visit the city but who would also like to visit the rest of Central Scotland and areas to the North. The Corinthian Quay development has the most stunning views over the Royal Forth Yacht Club and it’s Marina to the Forth. Access to the apartment is through secure electronic gates leading into a courtyard area which has been landscaped and offers guests one designated parking space. There are a good range of buses into the city centre or into nearby Leith – an excellent range of restaurants are to be found in the Shore Area as well as around Newhaven Harbour. There is a supermarket within 10 minutes walk as well as a great array of shops and a cinema at Ocean Terminal, home of the Royal Yacht Britannia.
This lovely, spacious, second floor apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, benefits from an en-suite shower-room, the second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. Both bedrooms offer plenty of storage space in built in wardrobes and have a light and fresh ambience. A sofa-bed and a travel cot for an infant can be provided on request to provide flexibility of sleeping arrangements.
There is a large airy living/dining room with stunning, ever-changing, views over the Forth to the Kingdom of Fife. Two comfortable leather armchairs and a sofa are grouped round a coffee table and a glass dining table seats up to 6 people. TV and free internet access are provided for the use of guests. Glass doors lead out onto a large balcony equipped with outdoor furniture – a wonderful place to sit and drink in the splendid views.
A well-equipped galley kitchen provides guests with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. Plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware have been provided should you wish to cook at home.
A family bathroom with bath, wash-hand basin and WC completes the accommodation.
