This beautiful modern 2 bedroomed apartment, sleeping up to 4 guests and a baby, is situated on the 7th of floor of the building (there is a lift!) The panoramic views over the meadows and Arthur’s seat are outstanding, the photographs really do not do them justice.
The accommodation is within an easy stroll of the Royal Mile and Edinburgh’s historic Old Town and is very close to the open green spaces of the Meadows.
A good selection of restaurants and cafes are to be found locally plus a Sainsbury’s express for all your grocery needs and the apartment benefits from private parking for upto two cars in the underground car park.
The front door to the apartment leads into the hallway off which all rooms are accessed. At the back of the building, over looking the meadows is the large airy living/dining room with 2 separate seating areas and a generously proportioned dining table and chairs. The room has been comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and a large arm chair arranged around a coffee table and large TV and in a separate alcove another large leather sofa and second coffee table. A small but well equipped kitchen opens into the living room opposite the dining room table. It has plenty of china, cutlery and glass as well as enough cookware to make preparing a meal at home a pleasure should you wish to do so. It has a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and hob and dishwasher.
The main bedroom is furnished with a kingsized bed side tables and lamps. It has plenty of wardrobe space and a desk and chair should you wish to do some work during your stay. It also offers an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bed side table and lamp and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There is also a full length mirror in this room. A cot and highchair can be provided on request.

The utility room with washer dryer also houses the controls for the heating system.
