    Great position and lovely apartment.
From the outside it didn’t look good and we thought we were in the wrong place, but inside is a delight, huge rooms and everything you could need for the stay. We were 3 friends and having all that space was great.
    Would definitely recommend it.

Great flat. Stocked with all you need and a charming escape. Location is brilliant with views of the castle. Walking distance to most areas. Expect some noise at night from the front bedroom during the fringe, but it did not bother me too much and the back bedrooms are very quiet.

The company was a pleasure to deal with as well.

Stayed here in August 2015 for the Fringe festival, flat well equipped and matched the description and photos shown on line. The flat was very centrally placed allowing easy access to all Edinburgh had to offer, there were also several local convenience stores within easy walking distance of the flat to obtain supplies.
The company were very easy to deal with from start to finish and due to our plane landing so early on the day of arrival, Dungan was kind enough to allow us to drop our bags off at the flat in order for us to enjoy spending the rest of the day exploring Edinburgh until we could access the flat at 3pm. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to my friends and family and would certainly stay here again if visiting Edinburgh.

Fabulous location, and excellent quality of accommodation. Managed to take 6 adults and a 1 year old comfortably. Would certainly stay here again as and when we are next in Edinburgh. Speed of responses to emails was first class when booking the apartment and on arrival.

Great location, well appointed apartment with lovely light and airy rooms – and of course the festival going on around us. So easy to get to all key Fringe and EIF events, with fireworks from the Tattoo thrown in for free nightly! A real Edinburgh experience from start to finish and one we look forward to repeating

It worked perfectly for our family of four, which includes two children aged 6 and 7. The property management company was personable, efficient and very easy to deal with. I would happily recommend this particular property, and would definitely seek it out again on future visits to Edinburgh.

Wonderfully spacious apartment that was ideal for our family holiday. Location was close to both old and new parts of Edinburgh, away from the hustle and bustle of the August festivals but near enough to walk to all the sights.

Wonderful base for a family get together/shopping extravaganza! The apartment is in a great location – easy walking distance to shops, the castle etc and even Waverley Station if you don’t have too much luggage. It is really spacious and very well equipped. Anabel could not have been more helpful. Would definitely book the flat again.
