Lovely flat in an excellent location. Ideally placed for the Fringe festival – we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Grassmarket was very nearby.
Plus great views of the castle and the fireworks!

Great flat. Living room, kitchen and bedroom all spacious and well-appointed. Kitchen very well equipped to allow full cooking if required. Excellent shower too although bathroom is tiny.
As mentioned above, entrance and stairs are pretty grim although this is not unusual for Edinburgh!

    Very good in fact !
The facilities are great. Kitchen excellent, bed just right for me, everything necessary is in the flat.
Very well placed just south of the castle, good access to the sights, old town and new town, to the international conference center (EICC) and to public transport of all kinds. Theaters and concert venues nearby.
Good selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the Lothian Road 200m away and in surrounding streets.
Only 2 negative points that I can think of – the rubbish skips right outside the front door and the grimness of the exterior, stairs and landings.

Very friendly and organised from enquiry through to departure. Great location especially if attending festival shows at Traverse and Lyceum. Totally recommend. Another set of towels/linen would be good.
