This is a truly beautiful flat in a super area but also very welcoming, homely, comfortable and peaceful. The Georgian square gives the flat a very elegant air and you are in walking distance of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Being from Edinburgh myself I am very choosy about where I stay when visiting the capital and I need to tell you that you won’t find better than this lovely spot in Saxe Coburg Place! It has to be one of the best examples of Georgian architecture with beautiful gardens laid out to the front and a view over the colonies to the back where the workers lived, now converted to posh pads. Great location, central for the town and about 20 minutes walk from the station. Very comfortably furnished with everything you need for a home from home. Book with confidence….but not when we want to come!

A really great place for a break. There was everything we needed in the apartment for our short break. We visited in the autumn and the colours of the trees in the small park outside was just glorious and the botanic gardens being a short walk away was an extra bonus.

Perfect quiet, relaxing base in Edinburgh. We all loved it – Mum, Dad, 7 and 4 year old. Loads of good places to go out to eat, or buy food, very near buy. Stockbridge food market on Sundays is great for stocking up.

Yes, I fully agree with the other reviewers – this is a lovely flat in a great location. The ease of access to Glenogle swimming pool just next door is a bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed a pre- breakfast swim. Our teenage children loved it too and even made use of the Monopoly set.

This is the most beautiful Georgian flat within easy reach of the city centre. Beautiful walks on the Leith waterway and an added bonus of having the Glenogle swimming pool with sauna and steam room next door. It was a brilliant place to stay, absolutely fabulous xxx

The lovely Georgian flat at 23 Saxe Coburg Place makes a great base for exploring Edinburgh. Really quite lovely views across the gardens at the front, and across the rooftops towards the Botanical Gardens from the large kitchen. Very comfortable, well equipped, warm, quiet. Very highly recommended.
