Are linen and towels provided?
Linen and one set of towels per guest and tea towels are provided.
Is there a hair-drier?
There will be at least one hair-drier in your apartment.
What provisions will I find in the apartment?
Guests are provided with tea bags, coffee, sugar and some small UHT milk cartons. A starter supply of most household items including toilet paper will be provided.
How do I gain access to the apartment?
Normal arrival time is from 15.00 – 18.00hrs. We ask you to provide us with an estimated arrival time so that we can make sure the we have someone on hand to meet you. You are requested to phone us half an hour before you arrive to confirm that you are on schedule. If you are arriving earlier that this we can normally at least make arrangements for you to drop off your luggage. We can make arrangements for guests arriving after 18.00hrs to collect keys from a central key-safe.
What time do I need to leave the apartment on my departure day?
Normal check out time is 11am, if you have any special requirements please let us know well in advance of your departure date and we will help if we possibly can.
Will there be an information pack in the apartment?
Yes, every property has an information folder telling you how to operate heating, TV, dishwashers etc. There is also an emergency helpline number in the property which will be manned during waking hours.
