202 Annandale Street apartment

This lovely modern first floor apartment, sleeping up to 4 guests, offers private parking in a secure underground car park with lift access to the property. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both with plenty of cupboard space. The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room with shower toilet and wash hand basin and there is another separate bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and toilet. A well equipped kitchen offers electric oven and gas hob, frige freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is plenty of cookware, glass cutlery and china provided for visitors wishing to cook at home. The large comfortable sitting room is furnished with comfortable seating for 6 including a sofa bed for the use of larger parties. A Tv with DVD player and a CD player have been provided for guest entertainment as well as free WiFi

We meet all guests at the apartment until 6pm, after this, they are can collect keys to the property from a nearby key safe. We are available by telephone 7 days a week to help with any problems that our visitors may encounter.

Annandale Street is situated just off of Leith walk close to the fashionable ‘Broughton Village’ area. The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the East end of Princes Street and is close to The Edinburgh Play house, the multi screen Omni centre and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Broughton Street is Within 5 minutes walk of the property and the area offers a wealth of interesting cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a choice of lovely independent shops and galleries selling gifts, cards, clothes and artwork. There is an award winning butcher (the perfect place to buy haggis!) a traditional family run fishmonger called ‘Something Fishy’ and a selection of great delicatessens and health food shops.

The apartment is only a short walk from York place where you can pick up a tram to and from the airport and there are also good and frequent bus services from the Leith walk. Waverly Station is 12 minutes walk away

Arrival time is from 3pm but we can often allow you to drop off luggage earlier than this on request. Departure is by 11am but a later check out can sometimes be arranged so please ask if you have special requirements.

Please note that during August and at Hogmanay there is a minimum 3 night minimum stay. If you are staying longer than 3 nights discounts are available please ask!

No pets and no Smoking please. Please note that you are in a residential area and we ask you to respect the the local inhabitants and keep noise late at night and early in the morning to a minimum. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, but the there is a step up to the shower, so please call for more information before booking if you have special requirements

    Loved the apartment (202), which suited our family perfectly. Quiet and convenient location with all amenities, you can walk nearly everywhere. Outstanding value, and EHA could not have done more to make us welcome. Highly recommended.

    I booked both Annandale Street apartments to accommodate a large party coming to Edinburgh for a wedding celebration. The flats are excellent – clean, well equipped and within easy walking distance of the city centre. I highly recommend the properties, and would stay there again without hesitation.

    We stayed in the 2 apartments in Annandale Street with family and friends. The apartments are lovely, the staff are incredibly helpful and the location is brilliant. Just about 10-15 minutes walk into the center of town. We can highly recommend staying here if you visit Edinburgh!

    The apartment is nice and clean, it has all you need, also the location is perfect, good connection to every direction, walking distance to the city centre. We enjoyed our stay.

    I rented the apartment for two nights and was delighted with all the extra’s ie. books, scrabble, dvd’s ect. Although we did not have enough time to use any of them it is an excellant touch. ( I even found a Christmas Tree in the cupboard) Will definately be my first choice for future visits to Edinburgh.

    I rented 2 of these apartments with friends and they are amazing value for money. They are easily accessable to the city centre with a ten minute walk. The facilities at the apartments was much more than expected and would highly reccommend to anyone wishing to stay.
